Touchbar widget — case by case

Eight real lab moments, each pinned to its true gesture, instrument, unit and readout mode — grounded in the curriculum procedures. Cases that read off a graduated instrument show a number; cases with no instrument show a level word. Every gesture is click–move–click, and Confirm arms only once the value is locked. Each card writes out how the gesture becomes a parameter for the physics model.
